✅ GO2 MIXES / TERMS OF USE & LICENSE AGREEMENT
(For DJs, Fitness Instructors, Dancers & General Users)

1. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE
When you purchase a mix, bundle, or edit from GO2 MIXES, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the audio for:
✔ Live DJ performances
✔ Fitness and dance classes
✔ Choreography sessions & performances
✔ Personal listening
✔ Live events, parties, weddings, corporate events
You may NOT:
✘ Redistribute
✘ Resell
✘ Upload raw mixes to streaming platforms
✘ Claim edits or remixes as your own
✘ Share files publicly or privately
✘ Use in paid ads without permission
All audio remains fully owned by DJ JustWill / GO2 MIXES.
2. COPYRIGHT NOTICE
All music used in mixes and edits is for PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY.
No copyright ownership is assumed or transferred.
GO2 MIXES provides creative transitions, edits, rearrangements, programming, curation, performance sequencing, and DJ-specific enhancements created by DJ JustWill.
These elements are copyrighted and may not be reproduced.
3. CONTENT USAGE RESTRICTIONS
You may post short clips (under 60 seconds) of your class or event using the mixes as background audio on:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- TikTok
- YouTube (Short-form only)
However:
You may NOT upload full mixes or full-length audio anywhere.
For YouTube long-form videos, you accept that content ID may trigger copyright claims. GO2 MIXES is not responsible for takedowns.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because all products are digital downloads, GO2 MIXES does not offer refunds except in cases of:
- Duplicate purchases
- File corruption or download errors
All purchases are final.
5. SECURITY & FILE PROTECTION
All mixes are watermarked and traceable.
Unauthorized sharing may result in:
- License termination
- DMCA reports
- Legal action
Please protect your files and support independent creators.
6. INSTRUCTOR LICENSE (Optional Upgrade)
(Add this if you want a higher-tier license later)
Fitness instructors, choreographers, and studios may request an Instructor License, which allows:
✔ Use in recurring classes
✔ Use in choreography videos
✔ Use in paid online classes
✔ Use in workshops
