TERMS OF USE & LICENSE AGREEMENT

For DJs, Fitness Instructors, Dancers & General Users

1. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE

By purchasing any mix, bundle, or DJ edit from GO2 MIXES, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the audio content for professional and personal use, including:

✔ Live DJ performances
✔ Fitness & dance classes
✔ Choreography rehearsals & performances
✔ Personal listening
✔ Live events, parties, weddings & corporate events

This license does not grant ownership of the underlying music or recordings.

2. PROMOTIONAL USE & PERFORMANCE RIGHTS NOTICE

GO2 MIXES provides promotional DJ mixes and edits intended for use by music industry professionals and non-broadcast users.

GO2 MIXES does not grant performance rights.
Performance rights are the responsibility of the venue, platform, or event organizer.

As applicable, mixes may be used only in:

(a) UNITED STATES
ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or otherwise properly licensed venues, gyms, studios, clubs, or event spaces, as defined by U.S. Copyright Law.

(b) OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
Licensed venues in compliance with the performance rights laws of the applicable country.

3. OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

All audio remains the intellectual property of DJ JustWill / GO2 MIXES / Urgo2DJs LLC.

GO2 MIXES does not claim ownership of original songs.
However, the following elements are original creative works and are protected:

• DJ edits & transitions
• Mashups & rearrangements
• Programming & sequencing
• Performance structure & mix design

These elements may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.

4. PROHIBITED USE

You may NOT:

✘ Resell or redistribute files
✘ Share files publicly or privately
✘ Upload full mixes to streaming platforms
✘ Upload full mixes to YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify, Apple Music, Mixcloud, etc.
✘ Claim edits or remixes as your own
✘ Use in paid advertising without written permission
✘ Include files in DJ pools, websites, or memberships

Violation may result in license termination and enforcement action.

5. SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT USE

You MAY post short-form clips (under 60 seconds) of classes, events, or performances using GO2 MIXES audio as background music on:

✔ Instagram
✔ Facebook
✔ TikTok
✔ YouTube Shorts

You may NOT upload full mixes or long-form audio anywhere.

For YouTube long-form content, you acknowledge that Content ID claims may occur.
GO2 MIXES is not responsible for takedowns or monetization claims.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All products are digital downloads.

Refunds are only issued for:
• Duplicate purchases
• File corruption or download errors

All other sales are final.

7. SECURITY & FILE PROTECTION

All files are digitally watermarked and traceable.

Unauthorized sharing may result in:
• License termination
• DMCA takedowns
• Legal enforcement

Please protect your files and support independent creators.

8. OPTIONAL INSTRUCTOR / STUDIO LICENSE

Fitness instructors, choreographers, studios, and organizations may request an Instructor License, which may allow:

✔ Recurring classes
✔ Paid online classes
✔ Workshops & events
✔ Choreography content
